February Tapping Workshop followed by Cacao Ceremony and Integration
February is often spoken about as the month of love… but what if we turned that love inward?
Join us on February 6th from 7 pm, at Cacao Atelier for a heart felt evening of tapping, cacao and connection.
This is an invitation to explore the most important relationship you will ever have… the relationship with yourself.
This isn’t just a workshop, this is a sacred space. Everyone is invited to arrive with their own personal intention around how they wish to create a deeper, more supportive relationship with themselves going forward.
Through guided tapping, we will create space for release and insight… held in a safe and supportive group setting.
You will be led through guided visualisation using techniques such as matrix reimprinting to assist in the integration of the energetic shifts you will create during the tapping.
The evening will be infused with heart opening cacao and a delicious homecooked meal prepared by Dee, allowing us to ground, connect and be fully present together.
Expect to leave feeling nourished, resourced and feeling a deeper connection with yourself.
