The therapy is based on the idea that our memories and emotions are stored in a mental construct known as our “time line,” which is a representation of our personal history.
The aim of Time Line Therapy™ is to help individuals access and change their time line, so that they can release negative emotions and limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from achieving their goals, their desires, their purpose.
